Multilogin.io provides a browser profile management platform that allows users to create and manage multiple browser profiles with unique fingerprints, manage proxies, and synchronize session data across devices. The Service includes:

  • Proxy management and integration
  • Cloud synchronization of session data
  • Team collaboration features
  • API access for automation

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

The Service is currently offered free of charge with all features enabled. No payment method is required, no subscriptions renew, and there are no hidden fees. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we will provide advance notice and update these terms before any charges apply.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any information provided through the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MULTILOGIN.IO, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Multilogin.io and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit through the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us, constitute the entire agreement between you and Multilogin.io regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
